Job Summary
As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will be instrumental in developing and documenting complex electrical systems, particularly within the defense, security, or space sectors. Your daily responsibilities will include creating detailed development documentation such as circuit diagrams and block diagrams, implementing hardware and software functions based on system architecture, and conducting thorough testing of developed hardware units in both laboratory and system environments. You will also support the manufacturing process, document issues and their resolutions, and contribute to user and maintenance documentation. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in electrical engineering and experience with EPLAN and TIA (PLC), seeking to contribute to innovative solutions in a collaborative and international work environment.
Required Skills
Education
Completed technician degree or university degree in Electrical Engineering, Communication Technology, Information Technology, or a comparable field
Experience
- Professional experience as an Electrical Design Engineer
- Experience in EPLAN, ideally in the Defence, Security, or Space sectors
- Basic experience with developments according to V-Model (or INCOSE/similar)
- Basic experience with TIA (PLC)
