Job Summary

This role involves driving business development and innovation within the portfolio of electromechanical manufacturing components and subsystems for Electronic Warfare (EW) and Test, Training, and Evaluation systems. The Innovation Manager will focus on identifying and securing participation in research programs across Germany, the EU, and NATO, while building and strengthening an R&D network with universities, institutes, and industry partners. Key responsibilities include analyzing market trends, evaluating new technologies to ensure competitiveness, and supporting sales and offer management activities. The ideal candidate possesses a background in telecommunications engineering or computer science, coupled with experience in engineering or technical sales for military systems, ideally with knowledge of Radar/RF/EW technology.
