Job Summary
This role involves leading the geriatric rehabilitation department within NürnbergStift, an enterprise of the City of Nuremberg, which manages various elderly care facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of an interdisciplinary team, ensuring the economic and qualitative steering of the facility. Key tasks include planning, organizing, and controlling work processes, developing and implementing quality management systems (DIN ISO and QMS-Reha), and advancing the nursing concept based on current quality assurance findings. The position also requires serving as a primary contact for patients and their relatives, contributing to the conceptual development of cross-institutional offerings, and collaborating closely with administrative departments. This is a part-time position (30 hours/week) offering a secure job with a focus on quality and team leadership in a vital public service.
Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's or Diploma degree (FH) in relevant fields such as Nursing and Health Management, Health and Social Management, Public Health, or Nursing Science, or a comparable qualification.
