This role involves providing crucial technical advice to municipalities, citizens, and planning offices on matters related to suspected contaminated sites, industrial wastewater systems, and the storage of water-hazardous substances. The Technical Officer will be responsible for processing and monitoring potentially contaminated areas, managing the soil protection and contaminated sites register, and evaluating municipal funding applications. Key responsibilities also include drafting expert technical opinions for construction projects, wastewater treatment plant permits, and assessing facilities for storing and handling water-hazardous substances. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in civil or environmental engineering or a related scientific field, coupled with a proactive, team-oriented approach and strong problem-solving skills, contributing to a sustainable environment within a modern public administration setting.
