Job Summary

This role is for a highly motivated Research Associate (Doctoral Candidate) in Organic Chemistry, focusing on the development of innovative systems for sustainable catalysis. The successful candidate will integrate flow chemistry with solid-phase chemistry, engage in various aspects of synthetic chemistry including the design and synthesis of organocatalysts and organometallic complexes, and optimize catalytic reactions. Key responsibilities also involve peptide synthesis, comprehensive analysis and characterization of compounds using techniques like NMR and MS, and contributing to teaching Bachelor's and Master's courses.
