This role is for an experienced Onsite IT Process Technician who is ready to take on more responsibility within a team supporting a commercial vehicle manufacturer in Braunschweig. Day-to-day, you will be crucial in managing IT processes, including software and operating system installations, configuring and repairing various devices like desktops, notebooks, tablets, and mobile scanners. You'll also be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues both remotely and onsite, coordinating operational processes with departments, and managing IT processes according to ITIL standards.
