Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT professional to join a leading IT consulting and service company in Leuna, specializing in 2nd Level Support. The Technician will be responsible for independently performing hardware repairs on IT devices, providing comprehensive 2nd-level support to resolve complex IT incidents, and conducting thorough analysis and error diagnosis. Key daily tasks include the installation, configuration, and commissioning of diverse IT systems, regular maintenance and optimization of Windows operating systems, and effective incident resolution using a central ticketing system. Candidates should possess vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent qualifications, coupled with at least two years of professional experience in 2nd Level Support and strong knowledge of software and hardware. This position offers intensive onboarding, opportunities for professional development, and a long-term career perspective, initially starting through temporary employment with the option for permanent takeover.
