Job Summary
This PhD position offers a unique opportunity to join the Neuron-Glia Interactions Lab at the Hertie Institute for Clinical Brain Research in Tübingen, a leading European center for translational neuroscience. The successful candidate will conduct experimental work using a mouse model of cortical multiple sclerosis, applying advanced in vivo imaging and quantitative analysis methods. Key responsibilities include investigating pharmacological and functional intervention strategies, analyzing cellular and structural changes through histology and imaging, and actively contributing to a collaborative and interdisciplinary research environment. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual with a strong background in neuroscience or molecular biology, eager to contribute to cutting-edge research on CNS myelination and neuroinflammation.
Required Skills

Master's degree in neuroscience, molecular biology, or a related field
Experience
- Practical experience in experimental laboratory work and advanced microscopy
