The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of IT support requests, including B/F, IMAC, and H+E tickets, and implementing individual project assignments directly at client locations. The ideal candidate will possess strong practical experience with common Office applications and Adobe, solid knowledge of current operating systems (especially Windows), and extensive hardware expertise, including PCs, notebooks, and IP telephony.
