Job Summary

This role is for an IT Support Specialist to join one of Europe's leading IT service providers, supporting their end-client, Infosys. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling IT incidents and requests, performing troubleshooting for a variety of hardware including PCs, notebooks, and printers, and configuring and installing end-user devices. Key responsibilities also include assisting users with mobile devices, diagnosing network issues, and providing onsite support for client-side IMAC services. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT system integration or a comparable qualification, possess strong troubleshooting skills, and be proficient with standard hardware and MS Office applications.
