Job Summary

This role as a Quality Assurance Specialist involves ensuring the high standards of a global market leader in the building materials industry. Day-to-day responsibilities include rigorous inspection of incoming raw materials and continuous monitoring of production processes. You will be crucial in deciding the release or blocking of materials based on defined quality parameters, evaluating test results, and coordinating the resolution of customer complaints in collaboration with laboratory and production teams. Furthermore, you will support process optimization by analyzing data and planning product trials. Candidates should possess a background as a Building Material Tester, Laboratory Technician, or similar technical/craft qualification (e.g., Mason or Plasterer). Required attributes include strong attention to detail, basic MS Office proficiency, and a willingness to work within a regulated 2-shift system.
