Job Summary
As a 1st-Level IT Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth IT operations through your technical expertise and problem-solving approach. Your daily tasks will involve handling incoming inquiries via phone and ticketing systems, setting up and maintaining IT workstations, and actively participating in the analysis and resolution of hardware and software issues, both remotely and on-site. You will also administer Windows Server and Client systems, Microsoft 365 tenants, networks, and telecommunication systems. This role requires close collaboration with 2nd-Level Support and other departments to deliver excellent customer service. The position offers a dynamic environment where you contribute to IT projects and monitor customer systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or System Electronics) or a comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in IT support (advantageous)
- Practical experience with ticketing systems, RMM / MDM solutions, and collaboration tools (advantageous)
