Job Summary
This role is for an experienced 2nd-Level IT Support Specialist to join a dedicated team focused on designing IT-based work environments. The specialist will be crucial in managing and evolving client IT infrastructures, providing direct customer support, and handling complex system administration tasks. Key responsibilities include configuring systems via Group Policies and Intune, administering Microsoft Windows Servers, Active Directory, and Entra ID, and actively participating in IT projects like migrations and rollouts. The position also involves implementing security concepts, technical documentation, and contributing to future-proof IT strategies in areas such as IT security, cloud, and backup & disaster recovery. Required Skills
Education
Completed IT training (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or System Electronics) or a comparable degree in Information Technology
Experience
- 3-5 years in the administration of Windows Server environments, corporate networks, and firewalls
- Practical experience with ticketing systems, RMM/MDM solutions, and collaboration tools
- Practical experience in virtualization with Hyper-V and VMware, including storage connection and cluster configuration
- Practical experience in Layer 2/3 network administration
- Experience in firewall management
- Experience with PowerShell for automation
