Job Summary

This role involves leading and motivating a team focused on Building Services Engineering (TGA) projects for a leading German residential developer. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the team's operational readiness, developing their skills, and identifying and resolving structural challenges. Key tasks include overseeing the tendering and awarding of building services contracts, planning and calculating HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, selecting suppliers, and estimating manufacturing costs for these trades. The position requires a strong technical understanding, excellent analytical and negotiation skills, and a high degree of cost awareness. This is an attractive opportunity for a professional with leadership experience in building services, offering a 4-day work week (36 hours), an unlimited contract, and the flexibility of working from Cologne or Kaiserslautern with one day per week remote work.
