As a Strategy Manager within the CDAO Office of BARMER.KI, you will play a pivotal role in translating strategic guidelines into operational execution. You will act as a key interface, supporting leaders in the Data & AI department (CDAOs) with overarching initiatives and actively shaping future-oriented developments. This involves driving strategic initiatives related to data and AI strategy, operating models, business value, governance, and cultural integration. You will be responsible for translating complex data and AI topics into actionable insights for top management, fostering understanding and acceptance of data-driven approaches across the organization. This position is ideal for a professional with a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in strategic or transformational initiatives within a data-related environment, particularly in the context of healthcare innovation.
Required Skills
Education
University degree, ideally in (Business) Informatics, Economics, Natural Sciences, or a comparable field
Experience
- Several years of experience in a data-related and strategic or operational environment (e.g., Data & Analytics, Corporate Development, Strategy, or Transformation)
- Proven success in initiatives or implemented change projects
