This role involves providing crucial first and second-level support to customers, primarily through the AMOS online support tool, email, and phone. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and resolving customer issues, collaborating with internal departments to find solutions, and ensuring effective follow-up on all cases. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and flexible team player with strong troubleshooting abilities and excellent communication skills, capable of working independently and taking ownership of tasks. Experience with AMOS administration, financial processes, or SQL is advantageous, along with knowledge of the aviation industry.
