Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated professional to lead the personnel and organizational planning and management for the administrative and ministerial sectors within the Berlin Senate Department for Education, Youth and Family. The successful candidate will be instrumental in overseeing and updating staffing plans, managing personnel expenditure, and preparing for parliamentary consultations. They will also provide crucial support to departmental leadership on all organizational, staffing, and human resources matters, including managing legal disputes related to service and labor law. Required Skills

Education
