Job Summary

This role involves supporting the implementation of the 'Digital File' project within the Berlin Senate Department for Education, Youth, and Family. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of project management tasks, including supporting acceptance management, preparing reports and presentations, coordinating communication among project stakeholders, and organizing and documenting meetings. A significant part of the role also includes providing first-level support to users of the Digital File system, addressing their questions, collecting feedback, and managing user data. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to ensuring project quality and user satisfaction within a large public administration setting. It offers an opportunity to contribute to a critical digitalization initiative in Berlin's public sector.

Required Skills

Education

For civil servants: Fulfillment of career requirements for the first entry-level of career group 2 in general administrative service. For tariff employees: Completed Bachelor's degree (FH-Diplom) in Administrative Informatics or a comparable field, or completion of VL II, or completed administration-related training.

Experience

  • Professional experience in project support or administration
  • At least 2 years of professional experience for tariff employees with relevant educational background
