Job Summary

This role involves supporting and continuously developing IT infrastructure solutions and services, with a specific focus on CAD environments, for a globally active IT operations team. The specialist will be responsible for continuous service monitoring, reporting, auditing, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including troubleshooting and problem-solving as a second- or third-level support. Key tasks also include technical requirements management, creating service documentation, and implementing architectural standards. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT or computer science, possess strong knowledge of Windows Server/Client environments, and have specific experience with CAD-related IT infrastructure solutions like Microsoft SQL, EPLAN, Autodesk, and Bentley.
