Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious PLC Programmer to join a manufacturer and supplier of rail vehicles. You will be responsible for creating and adapting PLC programs based on customer specifications, developing and implementing automation solutions using TIA Portal and Step 7, and commissioning systems. A key part of the role involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving issues in PLC-controlled processes, along with thorough documentation of all work. You will also support training operating personnel.
