Job Summary

This role offers an exciting opportunity for an IT Technician to join a leading European IT company specializing in comprehensive IT solutions and system house/e-commerce services. The successful candidate will provide on-site support for Windows clients, printers, and network technologies, manage service point operations, and resolve escalated IT inquiries for users. Key responsibilities include handling tickets and Request for Service (RFS) inquiries systematically. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of current Windows operating systems, understand network technologies (including switching and Layer 1-3), and have strong German language skills. This position is initially a temporary assignment with the potential for permanent employment, offering a competitive annual salary up to €40,000, 30 days of vacation, flexible working hours, and extensive onboarding.
