Job Summary
The Client Solution Engineer will be responsible for resolving complex IT challenges and contributing to the planning, integration, and maintenance of infrastructure services, systems, and endpoints. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting application, hardware, and software incidents, creating Standard Operating Procedures, and optimizing support processes. The role also involves planning, integrating, configuring, designing, operating, and maintaining infrastructure services and systems, along with monitoring service utilization and availability. A key responsibility will be planning and implementing backup, failure, and recovery tests. Candidates should have a completed IT specialist apprenticeship or equivalent qualifications, at least 3 years of experience with operating systems and endpoint technologies (such as MS Intunes, SCCM, Flexera), good knowledge of ITIL and Microsoft 365, and practical experience in cloud services, IT infrastructure, and support. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic IT environment with home office flexibility and continuous learning.
