Job Summary

This role is for an experienced SAP Senior Engineer to join an international team at Heidelberg Materials, focusing on technical implementations for S/4HANA, ECC, and other transformation projects. The successful candidate will lead a team of SAP Software Engineers, driving technical excellence and innovation. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining scalable SAP MDG solutions, implementing data models and workflows, and developing custom applications using SAP ABAP. This position requires strong technical expertise in SAP MDG, ABAP, and data replication, coupled with strategic thinking and leadership skills to optimize team performance and deliver high-impact solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment. The role is pivotal in accelerating the organization's transformation journey, promoting a Clean Core approach, and utilizing BTP services.
