Job Summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Lab Coordinator for its Analytic Center (ANC), the central R&D lab supporting sophisticated research projects and operational excellence across the company. Based in Leimen, near Heidelberg, this role involves coordinating all laboratory activities in close collaboration with team leaders and reporting directly to the Head of the Analytic Center. The coordinator will act as a sparring partner for experts, helping identify the correct analytical approach for R&D questions and production challenges. A key focus will be driving the digitalization of the lab to enhance service delivery and ensuring continuous improvement processes and high-quality standards for internal and external audits. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Material Sciences, Chemistry, Process Engineering, or a related field, possess at least three years of relevant professional experience, and demonstrate strong organizational skills, team spirit, and fluency in both German and English.
