Job Summary

This role is for a proactive Field Service System Administrator who thrives on solving IT challenges directly at client sites, rather than solely from a desk. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical support to schools and business clients, independently analyzing and resolving IT incidents, and managing these through a ticketing system. Key responsibilities also include installing, configuring, and administering IT infrastructures, creating technical documentation, and training client IT contacts. This position is ideal for an individual with a background in IT system integration or substantial relevant experience, who possesses strong technical understanding, excellent service orientation, and a Class B driver's license.
