As a Senior IT Support Expert, you will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, handling them efficiently via phone and a ticketing system. Your daily responsibilities will involve comprehensive support for a wide range of IT technologies, including servers, clients, storage, network infrastructure, and firewalls. You will also be responsible for the administration and monitoring of customer systems, with a strong focus on Windows clients, Windows servers, and Linux systems, alongside managing MS Office 365 environments.
