Job Summary

As a Shift Supervisor Electrical in a steel mill, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of electrical, electronic, and automated systems. Your daily tasks will involve ensuring the operational readiness of plant facilities through proactive maintenance, modernization, and prompt fault resolution. A key part of this role is adhering to strict safety regulations, including departmental and plant-specific instructions, and ensuring compliance with UVV (German Accident Prevention Regulations). You will also conduct process analyses to secure production operations and independently manage smaller projects. This position requires a strong focus on workplace safety, health, and environmental protection, alongside maintaining order and cleanliness within the work area. The ideal candidate will have a solid electrical background, practical mechanical skills, and be comfortable working in a shift system.
