Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Chemical Operator to join a production team at the Bitterfeld-Wolfen site, contributing significantly to the efficient manufacture of high-quality chemical products. Day-to-day responsibilities involve the operation, monitoring, and control of complex production plants using process control systems. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations by identifying, reporting, and resolving disturbances, supporting the loading and unloading of raw materials, conducting regular operational checks, sampling, and performing simple maintenance and cleaning tasks. The ideal candidate will have completed vocational training as a Chemical Operator or possess several years of relevant experience in a chemical production environment, ideally with initial exposure to process control systems. This position offers a secure, permanent employment contract and requires the flexibility to work within a 4-shift rotation system, providing stability and comprehensive benefits.
