Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Electrical Technician specializing in motor construction, specifically for an international rail vehicle manufacturer in Hennigsdorf. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle of stator production, including manufacturing coils, insulating, installing coils in the laminated core, assembling motor connection lines, and performing soft soldering and coil soldering. Key tasks also involve building and mounting terminal boxes, crimping, cutting, torquing, and potting terminal boxes, as well as potting stator slot exits and winding heads. The position requires operating modern winding machines, installing and switching coils, conducting electrical final inspections, impregnating and potting stators, and performing final work such as drilling, pinning, cleaning, and final quality control. The role demands a precise work ethic, strong quality awareness, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team, ensuring process adherence and maintaining operational equipment.
