Job Summary

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for a Qualified Electrician to join Alstom, a global leader in rail vehicle manufacturing, based in Hennigsdorf near Berlin. The core responsibilities involve hands-on electrical and mechanical assembly. Day-to-day tasks include the preparation of cables, wiring, and connection systems, as well as the mounting of mechanical and electrical components following technical drawings. A key component of the role is the independent execution of troubleshooting and fault rectification, ensuring timely production of assemblies, and performing necessary quality and material checks. Candidates must possess completed vocational training as an electrician or equivalent. While professional experience in maintenance and troubleshooting on rail or motor vehicles is highly desirable, fluent communication in written and spoken German is mandatory for creating comprehensive test reports.
