Job Summary

Join Deutsche Reihenhaus as a Team Leader for Building Services Projects, where you'll lead and motivate a dedicated team focused on sustainable and innovative urban housing solutions. This role involves ensuring team productivity, developing staff, and identifying structural requirements to deliver high-quality results. Your day-to-day will include overseeing the tendering and awarding of building services contracts, planning and calculating HVAC systems, selecting suppliers, and estimating manufacturing costs. You will also review construction contracts and contribute to process and strategy development within the building services domain.
