Job Summary

This role involves the independent and self-responsible project management and implementation of conversion and renovation projects for commercial and hotel properties across Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating FM manuals, developing and executing Carpex planning, and establishing and rolling out SOPs, guidelines, and corporate standards. Key responsibilities also include conducting internal FM training, ensuring compliance with SOPs and corporate standards, defining and monitoring preventive maintenance measures, and guaranteeing adherence to official regulations at operational sites. The ideal candidate will possess a technical background, preferably in Facility Management, Energy and Building Technology, Supply Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Construction, coupled with extensive experience in facility or property management, or technical building equipment (TGA) project leadership.
