This role involves the independent and responsible planning and execution of renovation and refurbishment projects for commercial and hotel properties within the HR Group, a rapidly growing hotel operator in the DACH region. The successful candidate will be crucial in developing and implementing FM manuals, Carpex planning, and standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring compliance with corporate standards and regulatory requirements. They will also define and monitor preventive maintenance measures and conduct internal FM training. This position requires a professional with a strong technical background in facility management or related fields, significant project management experience, and a deep understanding of building codes and construction regulations.
