This role involves ensuring financial compliance and integrity within a public administration setting. Required Skills
Education
Civil service qualification for career group 2, first entry-level, for general administrative service OR completion of the Second Administrative Examination from a recognized administrative school or study institute. Alternatively, a university degree in law, economics, or administrative sciences. Participation in the Institute of Auditors' certificate course (4 modules, 20 seminar days over 2 years) is required or willingness to participate.
Experience
- Professional experience in financial auditing and accounting processes
- Experience with internal control systems
- Experience in public administration structures
- Experience with financial software like SAP is preferred, or willingness to acquire it

- Must be able to work independently, systematically, and thoroughly. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to represent viewpoints convincingly. Professional demeanor suitable for sensitive audit tasks. Willingness to acquire or deepen knowledge in budgetary law and New Municipal Financial Management (NKF).
