Job Summary
As a Test Bench Developer in the aviation industry, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of flight. Your daily responsibilities will involve the full lifecycle development of new test benches and systems, from initial concept through to commissioning, encompassing both hardware and software for civil and military applications. You will also be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and troubleshooting existing facilities, including root cause analysis and implementing corrective measures. A key part of the role is creating and maintaining technical documentation such as circuit diagrams, wiring diagrams, software specifications, and operating instructions. Collaboration with R&D, production, and quality teams is essential to define test requirements and integrate them into the development process, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, safety regulations, and internal quality guidelines. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Technology, or completed vocational training with further education as a Technician
