The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and tendering to construction supervision and handover to users. Key responsibilities also include managing procurement processes, ensuring projects adhere to strict timelines, budgets, and quality standards, and preparing proposals for municipal committees. Additionally, the technician will draft expert opinions on technical building equipment and manage maintenance contracts.
