Job Summary
Join AirITSystems as a System Operator in Hannover-Langenhagen, where you will be an integral part of the Network Technologies team, supporting major clients in finance, healthcare, and aviation. This role involves 24/7 monitoring, ticket management (acceptance and forwarding), and the analysis, categorization, and prioritization of incidents and service requests. You will be crucial in maintaining Service Level Agreements (SLAs), dispatching tasks, and tracking problems. Ideal for someone with a passion for IT and cybersecurity, basic technical knowledge, and a service-oriented mindset. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical education (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or IT Systems Electronics Technician) or comparable qualification.
Experience
- First experience or basic knowledge of network and server technologies
- Experience with ticketing systems in 1st Level Support (optimal)
Languages
Additional
- Willingness to work in a three-shift system (typically 3x early, 2x late, 1x night shift). Ability to work hybrid (office and home office). Must be located near Hannover-Langenhagen or willing to relocate.
