Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced leader to manage the 1st Level IT Operations team, focusing on steering service quality for managed services clients. The Team Lead will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of the team, ensuring smooth process flow, and optimizing cross-departmental operating procedures in collaboration with 2nd Level technical teams and the wider Network Technologies division. A key part of the job involves personnel deployment and shift planning for 24/7 operations, quality assurance, and fostering employee development. The ideal candidate possesses a background in IT, strong organizational skills, ITIL knowledge, and excellent communication and empathy for both internal team support and external customer interaction, especially in challenging situations. This position offers a secure, full-time, permanent role in Hannover-Langenhagen with a hybrid work model (approx. 60% office, 40% remote).
