Job Summary

As a Lead Agile Coach, you will play a pivotal role in the agile transformation and strategic development within the Personal, Finance & Controlling department, specifically for DRV-IT, DSRV, and Services. You will lead a team of experienced Agile Coaches, guiding them to establish and evolve modern, team-centric work methodologies across the department. Your day-to-day will involve providing expert coaching to teams and leaders, planning and conducting workshops, managing team assignments, and building a network of agile multipliers. This role requires strong consulting skills, a deep understanding of agile frameworks, and a commitment to fostering a culture of self-organization and collaboration.
