This role is for a Service Delivery Manager focused on Managed Service for individual application operations within one of Europe's largest banking IT service providers. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and secure delivery of customized applications for Sparkassen (savings banks), acting as the primary point of contact for clients regarding managed services.
