Job Summary

This critical leadership role seeks a Director of Analytics to head a newly established division focused on Data Analytics, customer interaction management, and key figure determination within the OSPlus system for the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe. The Director will be responsible for the technical provision and strategic development of all related analytics applications. Key day-to-day duties include the disciplinary and technical leadership of four departments comprising approximately 40 employees across multiple locations, managing resources and budgets, and actively steering external partners and service providers. The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in IT or business, coupled with extensive leadership experience in both line management and projects, ensuring the continuous development and strategic alignment of the Analytics applications with the company's goals.
