As a Project Manager for Water Management, you will independently plan, steer, and execute complex projects in the field of water management, from acquisition and bidding to contract negotiation and commissioning. This role involves comprehensive technical and commercial project handling, including advising clients and developing tailored technical solutions. You will lead work preparation, supervise construction execution, and coordinate personnel, subcontractors, machinery, and equipment. Key responsibilities also include managing project budgets, tracking costs, and ensuring economic results, while upholding legal, regulatory, and internal safety and environmental standards. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering, process engineering, or geology, coupled with professional experience in project management, ideally within water management, well construction, civil engineering, or special civil engineering. Strong leadership skills, negotiation prowess, and a structured, solution-oriented approach are essential for success in this dynamic role.
