Job Summary

This role involves taking full ownership of specialized civil engineering projects, both on land and water, focusing on preparation, organization, execution, and management while adhering to contractual, technical, and economic objectives. The Construction Manager will be responsible for efficient resource planning, including coordinating and supervising internal staff, equipment, subcontractors, and suppliers. Key tasks also include managing site personnel, contributing to work calculations, project reports, invoicing, and potential supplementary claims. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Civil Engineering and possesses strong German language skills (written and spoken). While professional experience in hydraulic construction management is beneficial, ambitious entry-level professionals are also encouraged to apply. The position requires resilience, willingness to travel across Germany occasionally, and proficiency with standard IT programs, ideally including RIB iTWO.
