Job Summary

This role involves the independent planning, control, and execution of complex dewatering and water management projects. Key responsibilities span the entire project lifecycle, from acquisition and proposal development through contract negotiation and final commissioning. The Project Manager will be responsible for technical and commercial project handling, including consulting clients, developing customized technical solutions, and managing work preparation and construction supervision. Success in this position requires a degree in civil engineering, environmental technology, or a related field, combined with professional experience in project management, ideally within dewatering, well construction, or specialized civil engineering. The role demands strong leadership skills to guide project teams and subcontractors, profound knowledge of construction contract law (VOB/B), and a high degree of customer orientation and negotiation acumen. This is a full-time, permanent position requiring project-related travel.

Experience
