Job Summary

This role is for an IT Technician with a strong focus on network technology, based in Neckarsulm, Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for essential IT infrastructure tasks within customer data centers, including patching, cabling for power and network connections in distribution and server rooms, and supporting on-site IT services (IMAC/R). Key responsibilities also involve fulfilling standard service requests, providing event support, and offering VIP service. The ideal candidate will have a completed education as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent, possess sound knowledge of network technology, and be proficient with fiber optic and copper cabling. This position requires excellent German and English language skills (B2-C1), a Class B driving license, and willingness to travel and work in shifts.
