Job Summary

This role is for an IT Support Specialist who will be a key player in ensuring smooth IT operations for a leading European IT service provider's end-customer, Infosys. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing incidents and service requests within defined SLAs, performing troubleshooting for hardware and software, and configuring standard hardware. The specialist will also provide crucial support for mobile devices (iOS and Android), resolve network issues, and conduct IMAC services for client systems on-site. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT system integration or electronics, possess strong troubleshooting skills, and be proficient with standard hardware and MS Office.
