This role is for an IT Support Specialist providing essential first-level support to end-users, including clients of Deutsche Bank. The position involves managing customer inquiries, issuing and retrieving loan devices, and assisting users with issues related to Windows notebooks, MacBooks, iPhones, and iPads. Key responsibilities also include advising users on product selection and system usage, technical administration, and supporting IP telephony, operating systems, and VPN. The successful candidate will document all requests meticulously within a ticketing system.
