Job Summary

This role is for an IT Support Specialist who will be the first point of contact for users, handling incoming service requests and technical issues via phone and on-site. The successful candidate will perform hardware and software support, assist with equipment relocations, and provide initial solutions as a 1st Level Support expert. They will also be responsible for documenting all activities in a ticketing system, ensuring proper classification and prioritization, and escalating complex issues to 2nd Level Support when necessary. This position requires a strong customer-oriented approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
