Job Summary

This role involves providing essential First Level IT Support, primarily for user and network issues, through various channels including phone, remote access, and on-site assistance. The specialist will be responsible for the delivery and installation of IT hardware such as notebooks, desktops, and monitors, along with their peripherals. A key part of the job includes configuring Windows and Linux client systems, performing error analysis, and conducting repairs or replacements of end devices. Meticulous documentation within a ticket system is also required. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT system integration or a similar qualification, possess experience in client infrastructure, and be proficient with Windows, MS Office, and preferably Linux.
