This role is for a proactive Scrum Master who will guide development teams in implementing and adhering to agile development processes. You'll collaborate closely with Product Owners and Delivery Leads to ensure delivery capabilities and align value creation with customer benefit. A key part of the role involves identifying and removing external influences and obstacles, as well as reducing process inefficiencies to solve customer problems.
